I’m very new to this whole format. We’re having a few issues, but only one I’ll address right now. I have the Scarlett 2i2 USB interface and the FMB. I can connect my table top computer to the FMB wifi so I’m supposedly using my table top computer as the monitor. Great. . .I then log in to SoundJack and go to the stage area. The issue is the audio in and out, I only see the Scarlett 2i2 when I plug that into the table top computer. I have tried every USB port on the FMB and none of them seem to allow SoundJack to see the Scarlett 2i2 as an option for the audio in and out. I saw it only once, out of many attempts, from the FMB, and haven’t been able t see it since. What am I missing? What port should it be in? Is there a sequence I’m not aware of? OR. . .does it even matter and should I just use table top computer (monitor) to plug the Scarlett 2i2 into?
