It appears that SoundJack does not work with any of the Presonus AR or other series audio interface mixers at all. I tested it on 3 different units and it doesn’t work. All the units work fine in Jamulus. I loaded the latest generic ASIO version and there is no signal getting to SoundJack even though it says audio is working. Clearly, it’s not. Basically, it does not work with the StudioLive AR ASIO (Universal Control) and it really should… That would be a great fix as everyone in my band uses a StudioLive AR16 mixer as their audio interface.

Can you please send a screenshot of the SJ settings (left) when the problem occurs ? Theoretically it should support any kind of audio driver. How many send channels have you adjusted ? This is the first thing I would check.
