Hi,

I tried to play with another user but when I hit play to connect with him, it keeps saying “trying”. Also Soundjack recognizes its guitar interface but when he plays we do not get any audio, and the signal display window don’t move.

Any suggestion?

Chances are high that neither of you have made a working port redirection for port 50050 to your soundjack-computer.
Without a port redirection you can only connect to mirrors, servers and participants that have a port redirection.
Have a look at the video discussing the port redirection. Every router is different.

Also check that your application isn’t crashing when trying to connect. If the application crashes it will be stuck “trying” in your browser and never connect.
