Reply To: Invalid Audio Setup

Hi Ian, welcome to SoundJack! The “Invalid Audio Setup” message usually points to Windows treating your devices as 44.1 kHz while SoundJack expects 48 kHz. Try opening *Sound Settings → Device Properties → Additional Device Properties → Advanced* and set both input and output devices to 48,000 Hz. Also be sure Exclusive Mode is enabled, especially with USB mixers. After applying changes, restart SoundJack. Hopefully that gets your VU meter moving again — let us know how it goes!
